What payment methods can I use?
You can shop with Reverie via lots of payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
I do everything I can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let me know asap.
How To Return My Items?
Returns can be made by selecting return on your order page in your shopify account.
You will then receive an email or a text depending on the details you gave at checkout.
This email/text will tell you the local Evri drop of location.
Wrap your order in the box it was delivered in securing with tape and take it to the drop off shop and they will print the label and take your parcel.
